Not a terrible season, especially considering the turmoil at the start, just a disappointing end.
Farke can't argue that he oversaw some impressive victories, but equally there were too many avoidable defeats, not clever enough in using the squad (particularly Anthony and Joseph). Also, too much possession based football with no sense of urgency at times.
Would the Leicester, Ipswich, or Southampton manager have got Leeds promoted? I think yes, so what does that say about Farke? For me, I think there are better managers out there.
Sell or loan out again the loanees from last year and get as much as we can for Gnonto and. Summerville. Would hate to see Gray go but fear its on the cards if the offer is high enough.
Say bye bye to Bamford and Piroe if we can find someone daft enough to buy them (would be surprised).
Midfield far too defensive, so as others have said, it's obvious we need an attacking mid and a decent centre forward to help Joseph become the player we think he can.
And for the love of God, can someone explain to the players that we are allowed to score from set pieces.

OP I know you revel in making feeble excuses for failure but even you can't woefully happy clap away the facts
1) Top with just 8 games remaining but ended up 4th best team!
2) one team of which was 2 leagues lower than Leeds last season etc etc.
