Before NRs first game I came on stating that I wasn't convinced he was a good option and hoped he would prove me wrong. Well Neil, I have never been happier to be wrong, I apologise for doubting you and thank you for having the guts to change things and help us on our way to being great again. The last 4 games nay well prove to be the most important in recent history.

Good on ya Alf ;)

Agree0 Disagree0

Well said Alf, and I'm going to throw in a comment about the Hock. Don't think it would have ever worked out for him here, but he did definitely get the players fitter while he was here - and we are probably benefitting from that now, so thanks to him too.

Thank you to NR for turning the team around over the last four matches, 10 points out of 12 is promotion form.

NR has got the team organised, playing for each other, playing good football and well motivated. Its a shame NR didn't get the job full time. Hope NR plays a full role when the new manager arrives.

Hope the team continue to progress and improve as they have under NR.

NR - Well Done!

MC - Well Done - you have can judge a good player! let's hope you have picked a better coach this time.

just listened to interview with Ema about Darko

highlights

darko wants to bring his assistant with him MC wants NR to be his assistant.
Darko is the best coach in Slovenia
Darko plays very attacking football but at Sturm the players were not up to it and went to a defensive counter attack.
Sturm did not want him to go as were very happy with him.
Darko should be successful at LUFC with the squad we have.

Nobody have a pop at me but i'm very pleased to hear Tom Lees has had a great start at his new club.
I always rated the lad but for some reason he lost his way in his last 18 months at Leeds. I suppose his confidence went and some supporters were very harsh on him. Anyway, i'm well chuffed for him. MOT.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

I'm pleased for him too Cork and maybe more controversially I am also pleased for Becchio scoring yesterday. I wish then both well as long as they are pants when they play us!

Didn't rate him good enough for Leeds but wish him well, you're entitled to yours Corky I'm entitled to mine MOT

Agree0 Disagree0

We often take the mickey out of our players after they leave of course, but I always wish them well. They either leave because they are not good enough or don't fit into our plans, which is not their fault - or our greedy owners need some cash, which is not the players fault - or they are money grabbing chancers, which is their fault but they will soon learn they have made a mistake. It's win win all round

Whats everyones opinion on bellusci? I think this boy is a bit special and has the ability to play holding midfield??

Believable0 Unbelievable0

He played well but got booked again.Bianchi was man of match he was awesome. Right back looked dodgie got booked early then never put a tackle in till last 10 hence sending off. Redder s should have subbed him earlier.

Agree0 Disagree0

Attack from the back!

Ed I know this is a Leeds site so you will prob say no but as everyone is excited by our recent success and quite rightly.
Would anyone be interested in a poll re who is the most influential player in all the British leagues including Ireland.
If you allow it I would like to vote for Kompany.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Steven Gerard without a doubt. Absolute inspiration. Kompany doesn't come close in that aspect all he does is moan and go through the back of people

Agree0 Disagree0

Wayne Rooney. Hahahahaha

Personally I think Gerard is at the end of his great career so he's not relevant anymore.

Where were you yesterday Pagliara? I waited outside Billy's Bar for half an hour with a piece of cardboard saying 'Leeds Rumours' on it in my shell suit looking like a Benidorm taxi driver and no-one showed up! Had to go because my daughter was freaked out!

I saw you MM. Didn't know whether to come over and offer you a pint, or take you to Primark (if we are allowed to say Primark)

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Same as that think its abit silly changing something that works just hope he can rally the lads at 1 down like redders or dunt change too much too quick wich is a risk as all new bosses want to put there stamp on a team great too see us banging em in for fun though doukara makes such an impact on the team lufc4life

Like a few of my posts not leeds related, but my god what a workhorse and class act Jamie vardy is. Tearing apart £200 million worth of talent!

Believable0 Unbelievable0

{Ed013's Note - He is in my dream team}

Happy days for you ed aha, will of racked you some serious points up today. Still in awe of his work rate could barely walk by the time he came off

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed013's Note - That's all you can ask for, a player that gives 100%. Until now, Leeds have lacked that for years}

The weekend just got even better

Agree0 Disagree0

Think doukarra can be as good

Agree0 Disagree0

Exactly. Have only seen televised games this season (saving up for first house with the missus so finances aren't in abundance) that's just to cover the shallow people calling me an armchair supporter. But anyway my question ed, who has impressed you the most with their work ethic?

Agree0 Disagree0

Harte
Everyones finances are different for one reason if another, I'm lucky have no debt and can make most home games and a few away.
I'm still a Leeds fan same as yourself buddy ;)

ED looks like Donny Darko is on his way just hope he involves Redders in the group although he is bringing his own assistant. What a fantastic caretaker Redders has been MOT

Believable0 Unbelievable0

{Ed013's Note - He is bringing in his assistant, but I feel Neil is the man Massimo will go to for advice etc. As soon as Donny is confirmed I am putting a bet on for Redders to be the next head coach}

Yes let's hope so ED if Donny has anything about him he will involve Redders as much as possible as he knows the players better than anyone MOT

I bought the home and away shirts after game yesterday, the away is fine but didn't realize the home one is tight fitting. Took tags off in the car and i'm not much overweight but I look like michelin man.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

{Ed013's Note - Haha they are tight aren't they. I wasn't happy as I bought both my boys the away kits and the socks are missing}

It's looking like Redders won't be in charge for the next game which is a pity as he might have won manager (coach) of the month. Has a caretaker manager (coach) won this before does anyone know?

MM

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Not 100% sure if he won it but presume he did and that's the Sheffield Wednesday gaffer when he took over he did what readfearn has and kept it going before he was given job

There are a few other posters commenting on Adryan not getting a run out even for a few minutes. I wanted to see him yesterday too but can understand Redders holding him back. At the moment we are playing very well and getting the results apart from the Brum game which wouldn't be right for him to make his debut IMO. Judging by his comments on Twitter he's champing at the bit and when his chance comes it will be at ER and I for one can't wait. Roll on the good times.

MM

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Sorry Mick but I don't agree. Yesterday represented an opportunity to give him 15 mins. We will need Adryan this season and it will help him get the pace of the league if he is introduced bit by bit. Readfearn gave the reason for not introducing Adryan as he wanted the team that played well to see the game out. Nice sentiment but not entirely professionalism

Agree0 Disagree0

I don't care who plays as long as we keep winning aha

Agree0 Disagree0

See your point Notts and you may be right on that score. I think we've desparately needed the points before yesterday so it wouldn't have been right to blood him in crucial games. Maybe we could have given him a run out yesterday but does it really matter? The guy is up for it and will hopefully be a revelation when he gets his chance. I am not that fussed but think a few bit part introductions might dilute that. I might be wrong, I often am and everyone has a different opinion although yours is the wrong one. haha, only joking Notts!

MM

Agree0 Disagree0

Notts
You could always look at it from another angle, if Adryan was allowed 15mins then which player deserved to be subbed on sat??

Agree0 Disagree0

Adryan would have got on if Berardi had not been sent off

Agree0 Disagree0

Being subbed is not a punishment, therefore either Austin or Sloth could have come off

I know its a bit of a way off but I am looking fwd to 3rd round of fa cup desperate to get a bit perm team, I'm curious how we would perform at that level. This is the best I've seen us play in over a decade, really optimistic about the season now. Also with a bigger squad full of quality this season can only get better and better. Yesterday we beat udders failed with 10 men and an anti leeds ref, completely steam rolled them. On cloud 9 at the moment,

I'm a little concerned about rocking the boat with another new coach at the moment. I hope he can hit the ground running and the players continue to perform like they have recently.

Think Massimo will have Redders working with him until he gets to know players and systems. Milanic at least not scared to give young ones a chance, gave a sixteen year old his debut at previous club. Personally think he is a very good catch as he is young and proved himself to be talented, another one for the future can see the light and its bright. Young coach, young team, old wise Massimo guiding them can't lose. And so many options now we can even showcase players we want rid of.

21 Sep 2014 10:53:05
agree, also if redress goes back to academy ( which he will) I hope MC acknowledges his efforts with a bonus of some sort, he's dragged us up from an awful start, heading nicely towards the correct of the table.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Maybe MC wants to get him some game time so that we can put him 'in the shop window' maybe someone will take him on loan maybe with a view to buy!?! Hunt next.
