Top 6 basically means 5/ 6th as the top 4 are streets ahead. Looking at who is above is I don’t think it’s a particularly good bet in all honestly and would need bigger odds to tempt me into that.
With your obvious of Chelsea and Arsenal and with teams like West Ham pushing to get into top 4 puts us at best 8th. Villa are having a barn storming season and will be up there. Southampton have dropped recently so we could end above them. Then you have the likes of wolves below us who surely will eventually start picking points up again
All in all, no I wouldn’t fancy Leeds @ 18/ 1 to finish in top 6.

I think it's definitely worth a punt. Most teams above us are under pressure to finish in the top six, whereas we can play without fear as nothing is expected of us.

{Ed001's Note - can't really complain about the ins, I don't know much about either defender, but the money was minimal so not a huge risk. Bit disappointed to lose Minamino on loan, I think he has deserved more time but how can you argue with Klopp's decisions?!?

I am happy with the outs as we cleared some dead wood. I would have liked to see a CM brought in as that is where I feel we are lightest but can understand after the spending in summer if we don't want to risk overspend. No immediate threat of relegation (although that can always change) so with that in mind I didn't feel that nee signings were desperately needed. Hopefully we will spend and strengthen in the summer.
