I’m not sure what the story is about with these two players, if any? Certainly there was was a disagreement on who should have taken that penalty but if there is any bad feelings between these two they much get rid of it immediately or at least put it to the side for the sake of this promotion play off.

As in normal life like you and I, not everyone sees everything eye to eye and some take it a step further.
If there is any truth about a falling out it’s up to Farke as their manager to sort it out.

Lol Baz. Cry has carried the team many times this season so he can have all the leeway he wants for me. Let Piroe moan about it until he's blue in the face, I'm taking Cry over him any day of the week and twice on Sundays. Without Cry we'd legitimately be in trouble, simple as that.

Don't care what it looks like to fans thinking he's got some attitude problem (I personally think it's confidence given he was on fire that game) if he turns up and contributes more than pretty much everyone else.

I think we could replace Cry if it came to it, but he'd still be a massive loss for us and I'd be against him leaving whatever division we end up in.

Well we were suitably compensated for Davis AT THE TIME, unless you can also predict the future and knew he'd get 40 assists over the next two years. He wasn't even really in the first team squad for us, so how much should we realistically have got for a player with 12 bit part appearances for the first team?

Already made my thoughts known on players deemed more selfish. Non issue for me if they're producing the goods, which Cry more than has this season.

To continue I’m curious what the data would be on our missed chances on goal is this season?
Out of curiosity I looked backed on our game at Carrow rd earlier this season and we had so many missed chances on goal in the first half and went 2-0 down at half time.
Second half we managed to put some of our many more chances away and won the game 2-3.
We do posses a lot of fine talent in attack but sadly the chances they don't bury in the net is probably statistically very high.

According to the xG table we have averaged 1.6 this season and scored 1.76, so are weirdly putting away more than expected. I didn’t expect that as like you felt we were wasteful!

Norwich have scored 1.72 off 1.37 xG so are more clinical based on that.

For me, the Xg stat is another media led waffle statistic generated mainly for discussion, and increased gambling. Means nowt. Everything is slowly turning American, so I expect soon we will be voting for MVP rather than MOTM.

That is curious Brockley, I thought that would have been much higher.
As you’ve mentioned there, Rutter being the most wasteful, certainly earlier in the season he missed many opportunities on goal. His creativity and assists have somewhat made up for that but for our most expensive player ever that we have paid for and the huge potential that surrounds him, he should be scoring more.
I don’t want to criticize him too much because I really do think he will improve even further and he does look like he really loves being at Leeds Utd.
If anything, for me he lacks a bit of aggressiveness on the pitch or that bit more desire/ passion whatever you what to call it.
But then again I do think there are several of our players atmo who need to display more animation on the field, more vein bulging on the neck, fist pumping in the air and encouraging each other more, instead of the slumping of the shoulders and bickering that seems to be going on recently.

We’ve got the talent I have no doubts about that it’s just that extra bit of desire which evades us.
The players after a long grueling season in this damned league do look a little short in energy and I know it’s something that George makes a point about rotation, for me it’s purely in their minds, the players themselves have allowed themselves to fall off the cliff metaphorically speaking, they are far too conscious of themselves making individual errors which saps the confidence and belief as individuals and collectively.


It’s up to the players now to dispose of their negativity, as quickly as they brought it onto themselves they can about turn and show bravery and desire to win promotion.
They have the key to success, if they want it.

Well I'm going to predict Norwich 0 Leeds 3 and then Leeds 1 Norwich 3. Leeds win 4 - 3 on aggregate and off to Wembley to face Southampton but WBA is not a forgone conclusion by any means for the Saints.

My only worry about a Wembley final against WBA is that we might be ordered to play in the pink monstrosity. as I don't think both Leeds and WBA would be allowed to play in their home kits but I'd have thought Southampton and Leeds home kits wouldn't be deemed a clash of strips so that's my thought process on that one.

Two random questions for others thoughts.
1. Didn't see it but apparently Bayern Munich were denied an equaliser through linesman and referee who both admitted an error. Don't get me wrong. I'm happy Madrid won. I mentioned before about this. Given the amount of money in the game and players ambition, isn't it about time decisions can be reviewed and altered after final whistle? Say within 30 minutes? Too much at stake these days. Especially in any cup or play off game.

2. I got to admit I hate fans singing Leeds are falling apart. I see nothing amusing about us struggling during a game and am def not in the mood to sing when it's happening. Call it humour if you like but I don't see anything funny about it. Annoys me immensely and now other teams are using it to ridicule us. Wish they would stop singing it. Don't you?

For what it's worth, I wanted Bayern to win [since, sadly, both teams can't lose! ]; I despise the idea that Real who would be £B's in debt if they weren't state sponsored "win" all these European cups; greatest club team in history blah blah.

Whilst the mistake was to raise the flag early, and as it transpired they weren't offside, it doesn't follow that Bayern would have gone on to score; Real completely stopped playing and the goalie made no attempt to stop the shot.

If DF goes back to Archie in defence and Bamford up front with Gnonto on with DJ waiting in the wings, I think we will do Norwich, 3-1 and Cry, Gnonto and DJ the scorers, the second leg very tight again and as long as we don’t capitulate like we did with Derby, then it will be 2-1 because they will be going for it. I just don’t think they have that hold over us like they used to, and I pray 🙏 that I’m right because Bazinald will never let me forget! 😂😂.

However, if you’ve ever actually studied the English Language, you would know that context adds to the definition, and that a thesaurus, while giving alternatives, is often totally incorrect if the word is not used within the correct context. That where smart arses fall down and look silly, using words out of context.
