in all honesty I got married 9 years ago today and today was the better day by far.

great play from everyone including a huge save from as good a shot stopper as I've ever seen in a leeds shirt.
fair play to Farke a tactical genuis changed it up for an awful game then turned it on for tonight
I vagely rememeber the last time we was in the playoffs, I can't remember the managers name but he didn't mix it up went for play a seven times over and got out classed by Frank Lampard

Very good performance. Don't want to put a dampener on it but I reckon Angus Gunn could well be a Leeds fan!
Every player done their jobs but I thought Gruev Piroe and Firpo were excellent. Great to see Rutter getting back to best his best. Hopefully he's saving that for Wembley?!

Piroe has just had his best 90mins for Leeds, and only played the first half! More to come hopefully. Every player who has had flak recently, has fronted this game up so far tonight, and it's great to see! Farke spot on with his tactics, formations and team selections for the away leg, and so far tonight too. Marching on.

Tonight has shown why it would've been foolish to drop our most creative players. Cry and Georginio have been unplayable at times. When they play well, we win. Simple as that.

VAR - so Man City v Wolves penalty given to CIiteh. Apparently a five member panel looked at this and voted 3-2 that it should not have been given. What's the effing point. VAR needs scrapping. It take a panel long after the match, which splits 3/ 2 having looked at every angle for lord knows how long. ( an apology is then sent to Wolves, great that sorts that out then)
Let's just go back to the spontaneous game of football, we have been on the rough end of all sorts of decisions - var will not change a corrupt ref.
Tonight will see us win, 2-0 with second coming with 5 minutes left giving us relief after hanging on to 1-0 for what seems an eternity. EFL would then not need to keep playing until Canaries equalize. Book yer tickets to the smoke my friends.
