The rumour mill turning now about certain QSI investment being done in next 48 hours but no official announcement till January .
Should be good to see how it will play out as all we have been told is FFP stops squad strengthening.

Chris have you a decent source for this, rather than just journos rehashing headlines from other sites.

2.) 07 Nov 2019 23:04:40
Chris Chris Now I wonder who said that back in August? What's his name?

3.) 08 Nov 2019 13:32:06
Was it the oricle Bermondsey?

4.) 08 Nov 2019 17:12:20
No it was BIGE Bielsasbud.

5.) 09 Nov 2019 07:26:54
Think Radz has a dilema on his hands gere. As i said when this rumour surfaced the Qataris will not invest without a clause to buy majority shares. So its not about the 11% he is willing to sell now but about the clubs future value. If we miss out on promotion again i think some major investment will be needed to get a couple more quality players in. Radz and Aser will not want to do that. Would Bubs sign another contract extension without it, not so sure. We would lose players as well who would have to be replaced. However if we do go up it would add 30mill to asking price so is it a gamble worth taking for Radz knowing that he does not have the funds to compete at the top of the PL. I think a deal will be done and Qataris will be major shareholders next summer depending on how many shares Radz wants to hold onto as i can not see him selling all if there is a chance we will be in PL.

6.) 09 Nov 2019 20:05:16
Actually it was me.

7.) 11 Nov 2019 10:36:16
Will give you that one George you did put a january deadline on it but you are not right yet. You also told us Kent was joining us but that did not happen either.

8.) 11 Nov 2019 12:28:22
Bielsabud Yes, got that one wrong. Ed001 had superior insight as it was all to do with his Scottish girlfriend.
Our attention will soon be drawn to the January window. Very crucial not just for sound recruitment (only 2 players are needed) but also for player retention thinking about White and Nketiah.

9.) 11 Nov 2019 23:01:33
Agree i usually look forward to the Jan speculation but dreading the chance we may lose White and Eddie as think we will find White hard to replace. Wish we could take the chance and buy him in Jan, pay later lol.

Anyones views on Bravo resigning?
Hes tech director at Qatari FA also i think is that a good or bad sign with the link to the filthy rich Qataris supposedly interested in buying into Radz? Hard to make this 1 out .

Chris Chris

1.) 15 Oct 2019 10:01:29
Only interested in himself - no love for the club. Good riddance.

2.) 15 Oct 2019 14:41:27
Too right Alf. His feelings for Leeds were summed up for me in his trying to nick Corberan for another of his projects. Delighted to see the back of Bravo, the parasite.

Looks like owls going to be in trouble for sale of ground . Derby surely going to be lined up for a look at what went down at their sale/ re - purchase .

Chris Chris

1.) 14 Nov 2019 22:02:32
I think there was a few other clubs nat have done it also. Not 100% sure. But think radz was the man too bring it too the attention off other chairmen and league. At first the league rubbish it down. Typical. Not he was right all along.
LUFC will probably still get hit with points deduction for highlighting the whole matter. 🤦‍♂️🤔😂.

2.) 14 Nov 2019 22:15:16
No wonder they are in financial trouble.
Apparently sale allowed them to have a pre-tax profit of 2.5 mill. No sale would have been a pre-tax loss of 35.4 mill.
They declared that they sold the ground for 60 mill. Hmmm literally something doesn't add up.

3.) 14 Nov 2019 23:31:30
Situation aptly described in Leeds Sightings page.

4.) 15 Nov 2019 07:49:39
@CanadaWhite - The ground might have been on the books as an asset worth say £20m, so selling at £60m is a profit of £40m, taking the £35m loss to £5m profit. There then could be rental payments of approx £2.5m, to get overall profit to £2.5m, so that could all make sense.

Obviously it’s all gaming the system and hopefully some teams other than Leeds will be punished for once, but the numbers do at least add up.

5.) 15 Nov 2019 10:40:18
Makes sense Brock.

Tough game of the proverbial 2 halves, we battled through for the point so happy with that thought Helder was a bit on the carefree side at times, Ali passing a bit astray but to not concede has to be a positive imo.

Chris Chris

1.) 26 Oct 2019 15:21:21
Clean sheet very positive two clean sheets against the better teams now just need to keep them against the poorer but more physical sides

Step in the right direction imo.

2.) 26 Oct 2019 16:03:36
Agree with both of you! 😳😳😳.

3.) 26 Oct 2019 16:45:40
See we really are nice men 😀😀😀😀.

26 Oct 2019 14:53:44
Good job Beckford +Andrews aren't on this forum because they would right now be getting lashed out of it, both of them not happy with paddy, strange that 1 professionals saying he's not good enough.

Big 3 points needed tonight, flowing football with some goals be great, try build a confidence throughout the team and build some momentum to send a message leeds are in form and hungry . going to be a tough game with preston well drilled.

Chris Chris

1.) 22 Oct 2019 18:29:39
yeah definitely. It can go either way against the better teams but we do sometimes do well if they try to come at us rather than being content to sit back and hit us on the counter. Hopefully it will go our way tonight.

22 Sep 2019 17:35:51
Dont think there's been a big a response from a game on here for a long time, great to read all others views on yesterday's game . Hopefully it keeps as much posts as this all season . Keep it going lads great stuff from 1 +all.

Chris Chris

1.) 22 Sep 2019 19:40:32
There are always more posts when people are pished off buddy. Harmony and winning does not make for plenty of debate.

2.) 22 Sep 2019 20:40:45
No but I do agree. It’s great to have such a wide range of opinions, which creates discussion. I likeit, even if I totally disagree with some views. That’s life, that’s football!

Lads is it fair on a player to come in January and sit. on a bench for God knows how long because they are not " bielsa ready "

It's like he doesn't rate the conditioning of other fitness experts in other clubs

Eddie being a case in point back at start of season.

Just shows why we should never have left him walk, stats overload again today yet the most important one is all square . Just get the f-ing thing done pay the lad what he wants and let him do his thing.

leo whose expecting a flood? a steady stream will do, we need goals simple as that really, there's a reason paddys had more clubs than phil Mickelson, a striker who does not score in all fairness how can it be justified?
Is there a personal reason why Bubs won't start Eddie? Because it totally defies logic that you have in your squad a lad who knows how to hit the onion bag yet he persists with paddy who has 4 goals,3 of which Nora Batty would have scored .

Eddie has now come out and said he's not happy with the current, and who can blame him, we have to believe if he had the amount of game time as paddy than the goal tally surely would be higher just like our points tally.

cork, people are saying he's stubnorn not on a personal level, but on a work level . Cork there should be no more argument about the merits of what's happening again at leeds this season . We have already left 7 points behind us now and we are in September .

Cork the stubbornness fans speak of is his unwillingness to TRY something different, not his personality

His tactics came a cropper last season and fans are fearful that same will happen again

Fans who pay his wages by the way so they are entitled to their opinion same as you or i are also entitled to ours .
Anyways heres hoping for a few victories now to clock up a few more on the board.

In fairness @bielsabud there's at least 4 or 5 who are not and never will be premiership quality currently in our squad, so to say vyds ain't top quality so leave off is a bit silly.
Vyds knows where the onion bag is and that's what we desperately need to boss this division.
Let's get up into prem and then address the issues of who is + who ain't good enough.

I totally agree with Canada here, reading were well drilled and had the measure of us, yes we had all the ball in back 2/ 3 of field but up top we couldn't find a way to score yet again and reading were happy letting us have the ball in our defensive positions because we never converted to a good strike rate .
Let's be honest it was a very poor showing and we were very lucky to get the goal .
It's been said too many times now, we dominate yes but we are nearly always on a knive edge in terms of finishing teams off.

Agree with all you say bermo, but worryingly there doesn't seem to be a plan B . Tactically we banged the same drum to no avail all game but we got our 3 points thankfully . We desperately need a younger tougher Pablo type, I thought Gianni provided much needed impetus up front when he came on, he seemed to give helder a bit more confidence also.

On this performance we are way way under the radar, we desperately need a fresh mid creator . We are so flat tonight it really shows the squad needs strengthening.
