Made me think that Foreshaw may have an important role to play this season as he can cover a few midfield positions. But can he stay fit?!
Still think we need an experienced keeper and possibly another CB but looking at the list of defenders we have SIX players who can/ have played that role!

Great weekend of transfers, hope rod can get us the 20+ goals that we’ll need.
Happy with Koch signing, 6ft 4 which should help with one of our weaknesses, balls into the box
Do we think Meslier will start as first choice, happy to sell cassila, go for Raya.
Still hoping for Benrahma but looking less likely, we still need that skillful MF player to replace siaz.
Feeling much happier about fast approaching season.

Hopefully one more creative player signing. Someone in Pablo role! I think Pablo might be used sparingly this season! Another defensive player, CB or LB? That would be a great window if it happens!
I’m also very impressed with the young guns we have brought in! I think we may see a bit more of them this year!
A couple of things may help us this year compared to last!
We won’t be everyone’s cup final and hopefully teams won’t be so defensively minded which will allow us to play in more open games! Also less games in the season will help our high intensity game! MOT.

Seldom we agree brights, but I fully agree with you right now, German defenders by default seem to just know what to do ( barring Mustafi 😂😂😂) so the club have done very well to attract the Koch-meister 👍.

Reading about the 6 month process that has gone into getting Kock in! He has been sent videos showing him how we want him to play, presentations etc. I think Victor, Bielsa have worked their arses off for this one and I can’t wait to see how Kock fits in 😂.

Just watched the Charity shield and realized we’ve still got to long way to go.
The quality and depth on show was phenomenal and Arteta is showing he learned a thing or two from Guardiola. and Klopp is bloody a machine at building his side.
I wish wasn’t playing them till later in the season.
I know we have given Arsenal a run for their money Last year and have added since then.
But those two sides made the best the championship threw at us last year look like the local girls primary school players (albeit in the final year before they head to the academy and start smoking, taking selfies and slagging each other off. ie they can right nasty if they want to. but I digress. who’d be a girls dad eh) .

Let’s not forget they were 1st and 2nd in the league! Realistically any points taken off them will be a bonus, and perhaps early on in this disrupted season might be a good time to play them.
I’m really looking forward to both those games and I bet Bielsa is too! He won’t be going into them thinking we can’t find a trick or two to upset them.

Absolutely delighted with Rodrigo and Koch signings.
Would have preferred BW but as I said weeks ago Brighton were always just messing us about and trying to weaken us (shows how worried they are about been bottom of the table) .
The money spent on Rodrigo shows Radz is determined to consolidate and Koch looks like a perfect replacement for BW at the right price.
Glad to hear that Marcelo has softened to the thought of another CB because we definitely need another one.
Another attacking midfielder as well and I think we will be sorted.
I also think one of the young ones will cause havoc in the Premier League too. Although they will only probs get 20mins cameos.
Really confident we will hold our own this season.
