Sneak into Europe! I admire your optimism, Corkey. The only way we get into Europe is by winning the FA Cup. Personally, I'd not want to be in Europe next season, as I don't think we are ready for it yet. For starters, under the new SCR rules it'd reduce our potential spend on new players by near 18%.

Totally agree, JR. We need at least another season, maybe two, before we can start thinking about seriously competing in Europe, even if it's in the minor competitions. It has to be a long term project to build and improve the squad and get the finances right.

It's actually just dawned on me the gravitas of the Chelsea game.
Our first FA Cup final appearance since I was seven months old!
Scandalous for a club of our stature.
I can't remember the last time we actually scored at Wembley? All those play-off games, a League Cup final, and literally zero goals!
It all changes this weekend.

Not sure how the game will play out tonight against Bournemouth.
I thought we did a pretty decent job on them earlier in the season and were unlucky not to take all three points.
I have a feeling maybe some of the players might have an eye on Sunday's semi final, I hope not.
Farke is pretty good at keeping the players focused on the game in hand the way it should be.

It's definitely a game we can win, even with Bournemouth's impressive form, let's hope so and put our situation in a very good position concerning relegation.

I think he will try until we are safe. His job is always going to be touch and go with the board. If we go down, I think they will replace him. Even if we win the FA Cup and go down, it will be curtains. It happens to so many managers, getting promoted and then losing their job.

I’d make a couple changes tonight. Can’t see us getting much joy. I’d start Gnonto and rest Okafor. Rodon will prob start so drop Struik. As someone previously said too. I’d start Justin and not Bogle on current form.

The only change I'd consider would be Gnonto for Okafor, who seems to run out of steam after an hour or so. He could still come on as an impact substitute.
