An away win and a clean sheet . Fantastic. Important we get wins against the teams we will be competing with this season .
Slight concerns for the Man City game, they will want to bounce back after being humiliated v Leicester and also we will be missing Harrison as city are parent club and also Hernandez injured . All of a sudden the squad looks a little thin in those areas.

Thanks, that's a shame as he's been very good. Wonder if Pablo will be fit to resume in the middle then Rodrigo could play wide. More likely Poveda as a straight swap but we will see.

Great win today. Excellent clean sheet after conceding so many in the first 2 games and well done Pambamayang again. 3 in 3, incredible. Sheff Utd had a fee more clear chances than I would have liked but we dealt with it well and punished them for being sloppy. Come on Leeds keep it up!

Paddy will get 20+ this season, as long as our fans aren’t there, and on his back! He was brilliant yesterday, as he was in the previous two games. Really pleased for the guy!

So many positives from today, namely we started that game with our Championship team albeit with Koch for White.

Bub changed the tactics and we ground out a tough win against a tough side who did very well last season.

I don’t like to make comparisons between different opponents we can always have an off day and any opponents have a great day, the biggest plus for me is how tight we are as a group of players who know their role under a genius of a manager.

There will be tough weeks and possibly big losses but we have full international players to come into this team as yet.

Thought our young keeper was unbelievable if I could add anything to what we already have it would be the elusive 10 we crave that x factor player but if we don’t we don’t and am feeling very fortunate and proud to support this Team, Manager, Club.

I like Dallas at LB myself. Maybe not the worlds best defender but first class going forward and again one of our most dangerous attackers today. Lots of Prem defenders are better going forward than defending especially at wing back so I would keep him right where he is. Really pleased that the lads all seem to be getting comfortable with the step up so far and hope they can all keep on improving.

Agree Bermo. A true left back is needed. And I’ll even say that Kal, as much as I love the kid, has been off the pace, but I know him, and he will up the form. Dallas at left back is not ideal, but Jebus, he’s a great, versatile player!

England international KP wasn’t off the pace.

He did have to rein it in a bit after his early “ introducer”

Showed a growing maturity that befits an international footballer

He won something like 73% if his challenges
Some good interceptions, couple of blocks and contributed to a clean sheet.

Job done.

Darby games aways tence but it was a good game I thought we deserved it I know Mez made two of best saves I've ever see from Leeds keepers down the years but there keeper was busy we played well roll on sat MOT.

Woody, Batts. Stuarty is a feckin legend; the modern day Madeley. He rocks! He’s immense. I’d even play him up front if Bam was injured! Re Kal. I just don’t think he’s quite as sharp at the moment. I’ve watched him since he was 10. He can give a little more, but he’s ours and Love the fact that he is Leeds to the core. That is all.

I am not so sure, I think they will be in the dog fight, they have a good keeper and the rest are fairly average players, so the longer ehh go without a win, the worse it will get for them.

4-3 against Liverpool promising but not great
4-3 against Fulham. worrying against a poor team

1-0 against shelf Utd. delgithed. let's be honest they are struggling but still win and clean sheet makes me very happy

keeper made to class saves today which I think he needed

phillips played better today. yellow card after 4 minutes for being slow and useless and late in tackle but I expect that however fair play to the lad he played another 85 mi9nutes with out getting booked and it was one of his better displays (6 out of ten)

still think Cooper and Dallas ain't prem quality but still let's enjoy the win

also love Bamford. always had faith in the fella and he looks set to win me 250 quid off of a Millwall fan as I knew he would score more league goals this year than last (sat with him today and he offered to buy me out of the bet for 125 so he thinks Bamford looks good as well)

Southgate in the stands. not for phillips but for Bamford! shame about flying as England as a welsh of qwaulity right backs but in another time maybe ailing could of made an England team?

Struggling? Really bermo! We have hit. the premiership ground running, lots of the players have even improved by the looks it, we are composed playing out style of game be it pool or blades, each of those lads stood up today to grind out a very very tough result, we never looked lost or struggling IMO we passed +pressed throughout to eventually collect all the points . Costa looks really good, I have never really been a fan but I am warming to him, and paddy must be walking on air with his performances, we are a solid outfit and I for 1 am very very proud to be a Leeds fan.

Good post Dougie: Bambam is so crucial for Leeds and fair play to him, very happy for him

and as I mentioned before I do believe that both Bambam and Costa are playing ( even) better since matches behind closed doors because they are muck less stressed from the pressures of a live crowd that were sometimes on their backs which definitely negatively affected their confidence and performances.

Both Bambam and Costa are smiling so much more these days. HAPPY FOOTBALLERS Happy days.

I think we miss Pabs defensively!
Just watching a few passages of play, whereTyler is so easily bypassed, whereas how many times do we see Pablo making great defensive tackles, trackin back all the time, and reading play to make interceptions. Replacing Pabs is going to be difficult!
