Great game, deserved more, and without taking anything away from what will go down as a classic, our goalkeeper is the weak link.
His positioning is poor, he punches when he should catch, and what can I say about his kicking. I don't like to point fingers, but i'm sorry to say our keeper cost us tonight.

If I was being critical, it would not be the goalie - way too many crosses coming in from the right side and the defense is at sixes and sevens trying to cover and get out . we give up the goals within 8 minutes of scoring them . not the goalies fault.

Although Piroe only came on for a short period I thought he looked good. Onecreally good attempt, and his ball control was brilliant, like fuzzy felt. I hope we don't sell him and give him a go.

Would be awesome to leapfrog Bournemouth, and particularly Iraola, who turned us down before going there.

Does anyone think DCL offers anything different than Bam Bam?
Bam Bam used to hold the ball up really well and bring others in, as does DCL, but they don't score. So why replace!

I think dcl is worst than bam and coming from me, that’s saying a lot. The bloke has 1 goal in 9 games. Why is he even starting. Piroe and Namecheck should be given a go. I wouldn’t even have dcl on the bench. He even fell over while jogging yesterday.
Nobody around him. Maybe he was drunk? Ba cops some flack but at least he does good things and works hard and occasionally makes errors. Dcl does nothing. Can’t run. Can’t tackle. Can’t control the ball. Can’t shoot. Ridiculous.

I think we should have kept Bamford because we paid him anyway. Not as a replacement for DCL but as a partner.
Can you imagine the damage they would cause by running the defenders ragged, allowing the wingers the freedom to take shots.

Wex, what a load of bolxxxx. The 49s have always side swiped and signed people who aren't even spoke about, all this paper talk about missing out on every player is rubbish. I have to agree Aus about Bamford and DCL. What i liked about Bamford was his ball control, he held it up well and brought others into play, even scoring a worldy or two. DCL on the other hand is less skillful with the ball, but he does leap like a spring Salmon trying to get back its spawning ground.

The first 3 sentences that read i said to myself this is an Aus/ Baz post, so negative. We haven't even played those games and we have already lost according to you Aus, what's the point of supporting Leeds if its all doom and gloom?
Did you think we would lose against City 3-2, probably not. We're you not impressed by the 2nd half performance after DF changed thing little, probably not. It beggars belief why you still follow Leeds.

I watched the game, and to be fair the first half we were battery a far superior team, so not sure we can blame Farke for that. The 2nd half he made changes, which nullified City somewhat and lifted the players, particularly with the early goal.
I am equally frustrated by DF and some of his selections and subs, but I don't believe changing the manager will help right now. They are clearly playing for him, he does need to adapt, but based on what I saw yesterday I feel this team is good enough to stay up.
Points of frustration for me are as follows.
Not clinical in the final 3rd.
The goalkeeper is not good enough, bring Darlow back.
Make changes earlier (which was clearly effective yesterday)
The players are the ones on the pitch, and they need to step up consistently.
