Interesting dynamics at the bottom peeps. I think if you read it realistically it's a scrap between Spam and Florists for that last spot. Momentum and confidence is masdive at this stage. Those 2 games v Chelsea and Utd will have hurt, so close to 6 points, got one. Florists in chaos. Spuds too are on the edge. Brighton could be the surprise contenders. I believe we will be fine and closer to mid than the bottom. It's going to be a good watch peeps š.

Long way to go Vid.
Any of the teams in the mix can string a few wins together and all can certainly lose a few too which would massively change things.
By the end of the month we have played a significant number of the top teams twice so it will all be in our hands.
13 Feb 2026 01:09:34
Agree Vid. I think the biggest danger to us (maybe the only one) is complacency. As long as the lads keep showing the same level of commitment for 90 mins every match til we're safe for certain I think we'll be fine.
13 Feb 2026 16:14:51
March to May we have 10 matches, 5 at home and 5 away. 6 are against relegation candidates if Brighton is included and 3 are at home (Wolves, Burnley and Brighton) . We have Palace away and the last 2 away matches are Spurs and West Ham.
I don't think there will be any complacency and this is in our hands. We are more than capable of getting 15 points plus from the last 10 matches and finishing low mid table.
13 Feb 2026 23:06:21
We've also got Sunderland and Brentford at ER, they may not be relegation candidates, but those are both eminently winnable games.
12 Feb 2026 21:08:45
The season is far from over, but let's have a minute's silence for those who have been broken by Leeds
Glasner
Palace
Salah
Anorim
Dyche
Frank
Probably missing a couple.
The prem needs Leeds because we shake things up.
[Dyche and Frank's sacking wouldn't have happened had we lost to Chelsea].

I was going to post in a similar vein. Plenty were suggesting any number of the above, and Nuno to replace DF back in November.
15 Feb 2026 08:01:53
Nuno is a good manager and starting to show his qualities again at Spam.
12 Feb 2026 16:47:36
I'd be interested to see the effectiveness of having NO play a more supportive role to DCL.
But if I knew about football I'd be a manager.

We have already tried playing NO (one) with DCL!

Welcome all from the festering boil on the worldās backside Stoke-on-Trent. Iāve been thinking (never a good sign) would it not be our great club all over if we got to 40/ 41 points and were still relegated?
As a fan for over fifty years, I have learned what we all know, if there is a way to do things the easy way or the hard way we always choose the latter! Seriously, I have been impressed by the playersā spirit and no little skill this season and I believe DF deserves huge credit.
Anyway, buckle up everyone and I hope to see some familiar faces at The Peacock IF I ever get a ticket again! MOT ALAW.

Yep. Leeds that!
12 Feb 2026 21:06:30
Staff, we just burgled a point at Chelsea and Palmer skied a shot Infront of an open net.
This season feels like it would be Leedsy to end on 36 points and be mid table because every team around went to pot.
12 Feb 2026 02:29:38
Sean Dyche has been sacked.

12 Feb 2026 04:00:46
The more turmoil the better. going to be a nervy last 12 games for a lot of teams.
12 Feb 2026 05:53:49
Rob Edwards is safe at Wolves as they plan for the Championship but if Burnley had lost last night I think that Parker would have gone. Fans have been very unhappy with his caution, even last season.
That might have given him some breathing space but the availability of Dyche isn't going to make Parker feel any more secure.
12 Feb 2026 06:13:37
Pity that because he would have relegated Forest. Could be Frank to Forest who will be in my opinion a much better coach for the players they have.
12 Feb 2026 08:25:07
I suppose it just about gives the new guy enough time but my goodness, what a mess at Forest - especially when you consider what they achieved last season.
I'd rather see them stay and either West Ham or Spurs go, far too many London clubs in the Prem!
12 Feb 2026 09:14:40
Maranakis apparently talking the the former wolves manager pereira, him of 2 points from 10 games. you couldn't make it up, guess they might be sunk now. Dyche record was over a point a game while at forest, mistake to get rid in my opinion.
12 Feb 2026 09:54:41
We're at 15, 16 and 17 have just sacked their managers, 19 is on notice, 13 is leaving at the end of the season (if he lasts that long) . Rumour is that Florists are looking at Pereira fresh from his failure at Wolves. Where next for Frank and Dyche? Complete and utter turmoil, which could work to our advantage. šš¤.
12 Feb 2026 10:06:16
Forest were 11th in the form table, if Dyche had started the season forest would be safe (r) and he has the highest win percentage of any manager under the greek manager, mainiackus.
West ham will pull themselves out of it and the last relegation spot is between forest and spurs.
12 Feb 2026 10:38:07
And maybe Palace and Brighton.
12 Feb 2026 10:48:37
Sacked exactly seven days after he was up for manager of the month awardā¦. its a funny old game someone once said.
12 Feb 2026 10:53:38
Think your right mot. Said the same this morning. Hope you are right too xx.
12 Feb 2026 11:21:06
Iām glad our owners donāt have a knee jerk reaction to sacking their coach and succumbing to the noise of the masses.
12 Feb 2026 12:13:27
Quite pleasing to see the carnage all around when we were the side predicted to be the ones who would struggle, long may it last UTWDTP to Leeds wrecking crew.
12 Feb 2026 17:39:36
I'm glad we didn't sack Farke we would be in the same turmoil as the clubs around us.
Looked what happened last time we went down . Brenty Marsh had to go but to sack 2 managers unreal!
12 Feb 2026 17:50:41
Staffswhite Ever thought of all those clubs bring in new manager and surviving the dread drop and us not getting the points we need boot on the other foot to somebody on here.
12 Feb 2026 17:58:32
Donāt really understand the affection and praise that Shaun Dyche gets. Forest fans are happy that heās gone, he was brought in to better their position in the league and he managed to lift them from 18th to 17th in four months.
With the players Dyche had at his disposal which without doubt itās the best team he has inherited in the Premiership with some very decent players in it was incapable of advancing Forest no more than one position.
I donāt rate him as a Premiership coach and I canāt understand why Premiership clubs still employ him?
For me heās no better than letās say Chris Wilder and heās not Premiership coach.
Being popular with the media doesnāt make you a good Premiership coach.

JSL got 2 goals for Palace. Might've been a good buy if we could have made it work.
12 Feb 2026 06:59:44
Not your usual Burnley performance as they often fold when going behind. They've Arsenal, Man City and Chelsea to play plus some tricky away games so don't give them a realistic chance of a comeback but they have Forest at Turf Moor in April so they might do us a favour there
Dubravka saved them in the last minute from Sarr.
He's getting on but he's playing well in a poor team. Might be a good backup next season if it's decided Perri isn't as good as we thought and Darlow has his limitations.
12 Feb 2026 10:35:04
If Perri "isn't as good as we thought" and few would disagree, who did the due diligence on him. What was the due diligence? A minute and a half on You Tube?
Unless he was a panic buy then tracking half a dozen matches would have told them, he is no better than we have already.
12 Feb 2026 10:51:12
I've been impressed with Dubravka - would definitely welcome him at Leeds.
12 Feb 2026 11:24:52
Agree about Dubravka Alf, always liked him at Newcastle, and think they should have kept him rather than getting Ramsdale on loan.
12 Feb 2026 12:03:26
Apparently Perri wasn't first choice. Farke wanted one keeper, the club wanted a different keeper so Perri was a compromise. It's one reason why Farke, who is usually loyal to his picks, was so quick to drop him.
12 Feb 2026 14:44:05
Well he probably made the right decision switching to Darlow. Do you know who Farke's preference was? I tend to prefer keepers who have played in the Premier League. There are good ones elsewhere but it's finding them. Keepers have to be much more physical in the PL. A lot more protection for them in Europe and South America.
11 Feb 2026 21:38:00
nice set of results today . keeps palace in touching distance and keeps the foresters in a good place.

{Ed025's Note - Spurs are not out of it either..

{Ed025's Note - absolutely Canada..
11 Feb 2026 22:35:43
Fulham and Sunderland (2 and 4 points above Palace) also lost, ltho I think they're probably both safe.
11 Feb 2026 22:47:40
And now looking for their 10th manager in as many year. De Zerbi, Pochetino, who else?
12 Feb 2026 10:53:27
Sland only really need 3 or 4 more points and would have to go on a horrendous run to fail there with what, 12 games remaining. Fulham probably need 5/ 6 more and again hard to see them not getting that before the end of the season. You never know in football though of course.
12 Feb 2026 11:41:08
I agree with you Aft, but could anyone predicted us only taking 5 points from our last 10 games, the last time. Not even, Mr hindsight Baz, predicted that!
We conceded 34 goals in those 10 games!
11 Feb 2026 19:20:00
Fantastic story in the Yorkshire Evening Post today reporting on a match in the Spanish 2nd División in which CD Castellon coached by Pablo Hernandes trounced Real Valladolid whose sporting director is Victor Orta. The final score was 4-0, and after the match, Valladolid fans could be heard chanting "Orta out". Castellon are now in the second automatic promotion spot in Segunda División for promotion to La Liga after a run of 13 games with only 1 defeat, and Valladolid are 18th, one point off the relegation places.
Pablo credits the coaching methods he learnt from Marcello Bielsa, and says his dream coaching job would be at Leeds United. Watch this space!

Palmer getting that free kick with his dive conning the referee should have received a second yellow card, and Longstaff's yellow should be rescinded. Blatant cheating.
