Like most people on here I am very happy with the off the field changes AR has made and he is obviously a shrewd and savvy businessman. But the footballing side is worrying putting trust in TC is very laudable and to get stability in our club is vital but I do believe basic mistakes have been made. Giving everyone 4 year contracts seems to have had the effect of making players less hungry. In my opinion at this level incentivised contract would be more appropriate. We are a mid table Championsip side with average players on 4 year deals who can just sit and see out their contracts. Surely a better way of progressing would be to go for a higher class of player proven at this level and use these development players to make up the numbers. Grot, Sacko, Klitch, Lonergan, Anita, Lassoga, and O'Shaunessy could be got rid of and three quality players brought in a striker, Centre back and goalkeeper. Youngsters like Wilkes, Coyle, Denton, Peacock-Farrell can step up along with all the other development squad youngsters. I am not yet in the TC out gang but he does need to sort out the discipline. Aloiski needs talking to about his falling on the floor antics as does Saiz. He also needs to get the right players into his system. Today in my opinion proved we have a certain amount of fight but we do not have quality and in Cooper we do not have a leader who leads by example on the field of play. We are not a million miles away just a couple of tweaks here and there and more ruthlessness at the top where the football side is concerned MOT.

What is going on with team preparation, and this is down to TC if the team come out and play like they did in the first half and then how the did in the second. There is something seriously wrong there and that is down to TC, The same in the cup where they looked as if they were more concerned with not getting injured than winning the game. Orta should be out as most of the players he brought are, . !

Such a weird game today so won't waste my time on it. We can beat any team if we play to our max and the other team don't. But realistically we have a mid table squad. At best. Not moaning, but I think 10th is the highest we are likely to finish. I'm predicting 15th to 18th. Not tough enough on the pitch and TC not learning quickly enough with tactics, and especially substitutes. Sums us up that Cooper is our captain. Don't dislike him, but he's distinctly average. Let's see what next season brings.

Interesting how you say "not learning quickly enough" for TC. This is big boy football not Sunday league. Would any Championship team/supporter want a manager who is learning on the job? . He is not getting paid a fortune to learn. he is getting paid a fortune to SUCCEED. Would you want a dentist to use someone in the same way? Do we want an "average" manager? Failure to get into the top 6 which Radz is aiming for, is not success and "let's see" is no way to run a business. I've said it before, and will repeat myself again; we are in the best position as a club that we've been in for over a decade, and yet you still moan, whine, and whinge. what a second half that was, with passion, aggression, and pride! Unfourtunately Brightwhite, week after week us negative band keep heading be patient, it's about the future blah blah. No one is questioning the state of our club off the field, agree it's great we now own our ground and appear to have an owner who doesn't just want to asset strip. But the nature of the beast is football and to be honest we ain't very good. It's no good getting so far and excepting what we got. In this sport you have to compete today for the now not a promise to do it in the future. I have been a fan of this club for many years, like many on here. I've witness some great times and a! so a lot of poor times. A player, a manager and even a owner may be able to move on but it's different as a fan. I would ask what has AR actually come out and said to us as fans about the future plans other than he will speak after the transfer window. Are we to blindly keep to the plan regardless. The titanic struck an iceberg and sank because Capt Smith had his course and speed set And he wasnt Prepared to alter unto it was too late.

OK, Let's all take a deep breath and count to 10, well maybe 20, or even more. I know we are all deeply disappointed, even more so given we had the game won and just needed to finish out. BUT. if we had been at the opposite end of the table and now found ourselves 3 points off a playoff spot we would probably be quite excited. I, myself, was starting to feel quite negative in that we had losr Ayling and Saiz was out for quite a spell. I was not too worried about losing O'Kane other than reducing depth in the aquad but was ever Keen for Vierra and Dallas to be available again. Now, it actually appears that with 1/2 a B team and only 10 men we can compete. We WILL get Saiz back, Vierre and Dallas are back up and running, Lasogga has found his scoring boots, we have De Bock to fill in for Luke, Forshaw is coming on board and we still have time (and intent) in this window to strengthen the attack. Sorry to go all Pollyanna on all the Negative Nellie's out there but we still have 18 games to play. That's 54 points in the offing. We only have 43 now and are just 3 away from were we hope to be. Don't get me wrong. We still have a number of very high hurdles yet to clear and will have to do it hard and probably need to come home with a wet sail . but the season isn't over yet. The fat lady may be warming up in the wings BUT SHE HASN'T SUNG. I do not mean to understate anyone's disappointment, angst or anger, but I, for one, am going to TRY and stay positive and will be tuning in each week hoping for the best, from and for, our team. It was not a wash out for 90 mins but TC has to get that amateurish, lacklustre approach out of our system. We have to be more professional and by that I underline discipline and commitment. If we can't beat the so-called Struggling teams in this league what makes us think we can beat the better teams. We have Hull up next, a winnable match by all accounts. I for one can't realistically see where we can gain many points from our opponates in Feburary. How many more weeks will pass with people posting we still have 19,18,17,16 games to play, while we slide towards the bottom end of the table. While it's good to stay positive, this team and manager are not giving us the means to do this. Change needs to happen.

Dont think anyone needs to lose their job but somebody explain how we where smashing it earlier in the season and from nowhere we turned to poo poo and how many times have we turned up to play and decided that tactically playing with 10 men might somehow unerve the opposition and lure them into a false sense of security only to end up stuck in our own poo poo again and how many times has an explanation to the poo poo been needed only to find that the poo poo explainer was actually suffering with piles so couldn't give a clear explanation has he had more pressing things on his mind.

Another miserable Saturday and another red card. We can moan all we like about TC and his tactics but the players have to take some resonsibility. We have massive problems because Saiz, O'Kane and Cooper can't keep their discipline, Phillips will also be suspended. WTF have these players got for brains? I'm not trying to excuse TC because I feel he is out of his depth but his cause would be helped if he could call on the whole of his squad. We are slip sliding towards the wrong end of the table and Radz needs to do something quickly to get us out of this tailspin.

Woeful first half compounded with a reckless tackle from our Captain whose second touch is always a tackle. More dithering from TC post the sending off with the substitution not being completed until they scored the second. Great response in second half until Christiansen decided too early to shut up shop by taking off our attacking threat and having the team retreat. This allowed Millwall to pour forward on mass and inevitably we cracked. Disappointed to her that Roofe requested to be taken off because he was tired. Newsflash Kemar, so were your team mates but in games like these you find something extra. Thought it was also poor that none of the players would speak to press after the game. All starts and ends with a clueless manager who has no ability to instil discipline in his players. Time to go TC (Totally Clueless)

Think too many of our players thought the trip to Spain started with the first whistle . Everybody can see the weaknesses in the squad and until we spend the money, what more can we expect. If we paid £5.4m for Forshaw there is something seriously wrong . A player at Boro surplus to requirements at £5.4m . Somebody is having a laugh or Rads is being had over. The TC experiment has just about run its course . Need to bring someone like N Pearson and Rads needs to invest in the Squad or find a backer who is willing . Maybe approach the investors direct who wanted to invest in the barcodes see if they will invest to get us up . We are bigger and better than this every week.

Hve you ever known so many first teamers out of the next games, which is bad enough but for the reason is galling. Consistency and discipline strike again. Through the 90mins we saw the ups and downs good and bads the downs and the bads compounded by Coopers lack of discipline. If we hire a set piece expert can we not hire a defensive expert and between the two can they not sort out defending balls into the box.

The extra man didn't, t help, but the man responsible for the defeat us the man who made the decision to take off our attacking players, thereby allowing the opposition to send their big defenders forward to assist their forward line which had already won everything in the air.

Millwall are crap at the back but decent going forward and we played right into their hands in the last 15 Mins by trying to defend the lead. I have tried to be patient with this manager / coach, but today was the final straw and now it's time for him and his staff to go, he is just not up to it and from what we have seen so far he never will be.

We need a manager is is up to Championship standard and if we fail to get one we will sooner or later be fighting relegation rather than looking upwards.

While a C H and keeper would be good additions, if we were to prioritise 2 players now I think a striker and a winger could really make a difference. We still have Ekuban to come back, he will be fresh and from some of the brief glimpses he could really add something up front. With a new firing striker and pacy attacking winger, we could surprise a few . On reflection we are not a form side and have not really played consistently well all season . Maybe just maybe that is still to come and we can put a good run together.
